It looks like very good rain! keekee!

I love this a lot, her lil' face is just brimming with emotion and I want to go up to her and give her a 'cheerup' cookie!

I loev the little highlights of certain drops of rain...and some of it dripping of her ears!! so cute! Perhaps you could have done it splashing off her head and shoulders and tail too? Just a thought. n.n The tail seems a weeny bit thick too, but it's no biggy. I think it's the shadows that ar throwing my eyes off, f you get what I mean.

And I don't know why exactly, but that haircut freaking OWNS me. It's just SOOOO cute and goes so well with the overall chara design!!
